Our small private guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe street in the historic Yemenite quarter, close to the downtown area and just minutes by foot to the beach.
The area offers a rich variety of day and night-time activities for all tastes and interests. The neighborhood still preserves many authentic Yemenite eateries with a strong sense of local and traditional ambiance.

We have twelve private rooms, all equipped with air conditioning (fans also available upon request), free internet access (wireless) and a double bed.
We have rooms of different sizes and amenities to suit a range of needs.
Hot water is available 24 hours a day, as well as 24 hour facility access (i.e., no curfew). Linen and towels are provided at no extra charge. A lounge area in our interior courtyard garden allows you to read, rest, or enjoy the beautiful weather at your leisure.

We are indeed a guesthouse (not a hotel), so don't be surprised by the residential appearance of our reception and rooms.
We cater to those looking for a clean, friendly place to stay while going out on their own to explore all that Tel Aviv has to offer.
Our homey and peaceful atmosphere is ideal for travelers interested in discovering the original “Tel-Aviv experience.”

Our accommodation offers a reception open daily from 8:30 until 22:00 and from 8:30 until 16:00 on Friday!
For those guests who arrive at the guest house between 22:00 and 8:30 and after 16:00 on Friday (i.e. when the reception is closed) we offer the following service: “Airport Pick Up & Accommodation”.
Cancellation policy:
Upon reserving your room, your credit card will be charged for the first night. If you cancel your reservation on booking.com more than seven days in advance of your first night, the sum will be refunded.
Should you cancel in fewer than seven days from your first night, we will release the room and make an effort to sell it. Because of the popularity of our guesthouse, the chances are good that we'll be able to sell it to another guest; however, in the event that we cannot sell it, you will be charged for the first night.
If you cancel in three or fewer days before your first night, we will try to sell the room; however, in the even that we cannot sell it, you will be charged for two days (assuming your reservation was for two or more days).

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, so please let us know if you're not coming!
